The Malawi Broadcasting Corporation is a state-run radio and television company in Malawi. Founded in 1964, it operates two radio stations (Radio 1 and Radio 2) and the national television station, Television Malawi. Its headquarters is in Blantyre, Malawi.
The Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) was established in 1998 and later in 2017 to regulate by licensing and monitoring the provision of the communications services in Malawi.
