An RCCB, or residual current circuit breaker, is an electrical wiring device that will break the circuit once it detects that the current leaks to the ground wire. It is also referred to as an RCD (residual current device) or RCB (residual current circuit breaker).
An RCBO circuit breaker, or Residual Current Circuit Breaker with Overload Protection, combines the functions of a Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) and a Residual Current Device (RCD)/Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB). When there is current leakage, the RCBO trips the entire circuit. Therefore, when the circuit is overloaded, the internal magnetic/thermal circuit breaker element will trip the electronic device.
